Fill Space with Happiness

You have spaces in your day. Stand in line spaces. Stuck in traffic spaces. Waiting for an answer spaces. Cooking spaces. Begin to ask yourself, during these times when you are driving or sitting or waiting, how you can experience more happiness. Ask yourself to name three good things about yourself.
