Attribute a Happier Meaning to your Experience

When you have an experience, you attribute a meaning to that experience. As everyone’s history is different, every person will attribute “good luck” “bad luck” “this means that” “that means this” in completely unique ways. What meaning are you attributing to your experiences today? Is it an old meaning your grandparents gave your parents that isn’t actually the meaning you want an experience to have? What if you attributed to every experience “this is happening so I can grow and learn what I came to learn, I am deeply thankful and thoughtful of these learnings.” Try it on, especially where you are feeling the greatest resistance.

Happiness on Holidays

When connecting with family and friends, take an extra step to connecting with that inner happiness first. Give everyone an extra shot of love, affection, warmth, caring, kindness. Holidays aren’t always a celebration, and there is a leaning towards getting stressed out. Take time to nurture your own well-being before connecting with family, then let them be whoever they area. Send joy to the core of their being, and let old baggage go. It feels so good that way!

I wrote an entire article on this, go see:

“Letting Go” to experience joy, happiness & peace

The new movie “Letting Go” promises to help you feel happier, whole, at peace, by letting go of your emotional ties that have been binding you. Watch the four-minute introduction, and you may, as I did, feel a sense of renewed hope and possibility.

The Movie — watching it for 1 hour and 8 minutes — will guide you to let go of:
Traumatic experiences from the past
Limiting thoughts and beliefs
Day-to-day anxieties
Your inner tears
Sadness from a lost love
Deep-rooted anger
Financial woes
Frustration with your career
Struggles with addiction

Hale Dwoskin, teacher and New York Times best-selling author of the Sedona Method, has studied and mastered the art of Letting Go for over 35 years. In this inspiring, entertaining and thought-provoking movie; he reveals his wisdom – and proven, powerful and liberating technologies.

Here’s more!

This is what Chet Homes says:

“And I’m honestly not sure if it´s some mystical force at work in my life, a culmination of a life time of serious hard work, or if it´s just being so centered that I’m never coming from a place of weakness anymore. So read these and know that I have achieved almost all of them,” from Chet Holmes…

Here are some bullets:

What if you could leave all of your negative emotions and anxieties behind you forever?
What if, at the same time, you could also create the happiness and success you have always desired?
What if you could finally get the Law of Attraction to really work for you?

Go here to learn about the movie “Letting Go” and let me know how it goes!

The Ends and the Means

Does the end justify the means? The way you live defines you. The way you do one thing, the way you approach every situation, the how of your life is where you can find happiness. Happiness lies within approaching every how with preciousness. For example, how do you hand someone your business card (if you have one)? Do you hand it with care, precious appreciation for your business card? Or do you toss it at them? Shove it or force it upon someone? Take one thing that you do, today, and make it about the means and not the end. The end will change.
